Eber Market Co. is the next chapter of Eber Strategic Alliance — the marketplace management practice founded by Dusty Eber over two decades ago. The name is new. The mission is the same: get great products onto more shelves, through more channels, with less friction for the brands behind them.
We made the move to Eber Market Co. to better reflect what we actually do — and to invest in the infrastructure, technology, and processes that let us serve more brands without losing the personal, hands-on approach our clients count on.
Leadership Team

Founder
Dusty has spent over two decades in brand management, retail merchandising, and marketplace operations. Before founding what is now Eber Market Co., he served as President of KN Karen Neuburger — a $100M+ sleepwear and lifestyle brand sold at Nordstrom, Bon-Ton, and other major retailers — where he led the company through a successful acquisition by Russell-Newman and later Delta Galil Industries.
He went on to lead merchandising and strategic partnerships at Mertado, a Y Combinator-backed social commerce platform that was acquired by Groupon.
He founded Eber Strategic Alliance in 2010 to help brands navigate the complexity of selling across multiple marketplaces, now operating as Eber Market Co.

Hannah Brooks
Director of Operations & Partnerships
Hannah brings over 15 years of experience in brand management, sales, and omnichannel strategy. She began her career in New York City as an account executive in the apparel industry, working with brands and major retailers to drive growth and strengthen market presence.
Since joining the team in 2013, Hannah has played a key role in expanding the company’s partnerships and helping brands scale their e-commerce and retail distribution. Her industry knowledge and long-term approach to client relationships have helped clients enter new markets and compete effectively in an increasingly complex retail landscape.
